Return & Refund Policy

You have 30 days from the day of get package to return items to us for a refund. Unopened, unused, or unworn products that have their packaging or tags intact are eligible for this type of return. However, you must pay all return shipping costs.

Due to hygiene regulations, all sales on intimate items are final and cannot be exchanged.

For clothing, please consult our size chart prior to purchase. Any items returned to us in violation of this policy will be disposed of.

Should you wish to have them sent back to you, you will be responsible for the associated shipping costs.

Seasonal Items Return Policy

Seasonal items with manufacturing defects must be reported within 30 days from receipt.  Halloween, Christmas, and Valentine's Day items are considered seasonal.  All sales are final.  Any seasonal items returned to Pleasurebaes will be disposed, returned to you at your cost.

If a product malfunctions after use, please contact us.

How to return the order?

Contact us via Chat or Email to start your return.
Once we receive your request, we’ll be in touch and provide return instructions and refund options - you'll need to reply with your preferred refund option.
You'll need to ship your item(s) to the return address provided, then share the shipment tracking information with us.
That's it! Once we receive your returned package, we'll take care of the rest and process your refund as soon as possible.

Note: Any address on the parcel is not approved return address, we don’t accept the returned package without authorized return address from customer service.

Parcel forwarding services

Pleasurebaes is not liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs to orders delivered to a parcel forwarding company. Any order addressed to a parcel forwarding company is placed at your own risk. If you report missing or damaged items, and we reasonably believe the order to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company, we will not offer a replacement or a refund.

Your delivery details

Please make sure your delivery address is up to date in your Lovehoney Account! We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by customer errors. For example, if you accidentally give us the wrong delivery address, contact number, or recipient name, we will be unable to refund your order. If you realise you've made a mistake before the order has been processed, please contact us straight away.

Product Warranty

If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 30 days, and we will provide a refund or replacement.

If more than 30 days have passed, we will contact the supplier or brand to assist you. We-Vibe, Arcwave, and ROMP products come with a 2-year warranty. Womanizer products come with a 5-year warranty, ensuring your purchase is protected for an extended period. If you encounter any issues with your product, we will replace it or issue a refund.
