Bought for controlled sessions. The overall 24" bar and fabric-covered fiberglass make it feel dependable. Adjusting wrists and ankles takes a moment, but then it's great.

The spreader bar is firm and gives leverage for positioning. Setup isn't complicated, just takes a moment to understand how you want the cuffs. After that, it's a solid tool.

Material mix of neoprene, polypropylene, and fiberglass feels legit. The cuffs are hook and loop, so it's easy to fine-tune. We've used it a handful of times and it's still holding up.

The bar is covered and the cuffs feel soft against skin. I like that you can lock in all four limbs and adjust the cuffs. Seems durable and easy to hold onto for positioning.
